Refund policy

When purchasing from our online store, OXI Instruments gives you a 14-days money back guarantee from the day of delivery, not covering shipping costs and additional duties, payment fees and/or taxes. If you want to request a refund you need to contact us within 14 days and return your product exactly as received – in perfect, unused condition and packaging. Failure to return the product in its original condition will result in no refund, and the product will be sent back to you, or partial refund.

In case you request a refund before your order has been shipped, the full amount will be reimbursed except the payment fees (3% Paypal. Credit card has no payment fee but a currency exchange fee may be applied by our bank).

Shipping and handling are at your expenses and your responsibility. We will not compensate for products that have been lost during shipping. Refunds will be made to the credit card, which has been used when ordering, within two weeks after having received the returned item. Faulty products that have been purchased from our online store can be repaired or replaced. Please contact us through general enquiries for more information. We offer a one-year limited warranty (2 years for EU customers). Please refer to our warranty section for more information.
